CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) is the framework from CMMI Institute for planning, delivering and managing services. Similarly, ISO has published the Standard for ITSMS “ISO/IEC 20000-1”  in year 2005 for the first time and latest version is ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, which provides requirements for planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of a Service Management System (SMS), where SMS is the collection of policies, processes, organizational structure, people, etc. to manage services.

Different parts are available for the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018
