Tufts Associated Health Plans decreased software defects by 25%, General Dynamics reduced Maintenance Staff Costs by 64%, Siemens increased their Customer Satisfaction Index by 42% average in three technical areas and JP Morgan Chase reduced average slippage of Project delivery dates by 70-80%.
