Organizational Process Performance (OPP) is a Process Area at CMMI Maturity Level 4 under Process Management category.
The purpose of OPP is to develop and maintain quantitative understanding of the Process performance in the organization.

OPP helps in achieving the quality and process performance objectives. OPP also provides the process performance data, process performance and models to quantitatively manage the organization’s projects.
