How do we adopt CMMI, is there any help available?

Going for CMMI Implementation is tedious job and if you are new then it becomes more difficult to do the job. Such organizations require support at each level starting from initiation, implementation, pre-assessments, trainings and final SCAMPI A Assessment.

There are many ways to get help while going for CMMI Implementation, some of these are summarised here:

CMMI Website

SEI (now CMMI Institute) has a website at http://cmmiinstitute.com/ and there is a dedicated section for organizations getting started with CMMI http://cmmiinstitute.com/cmmi-getting-started/. Here you will information related to following topics:

CMMI Groups
