As per SCAMPI Ver 1.3 can a LA with only CMMI-DEV ver 1.3 is allowed to do both CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC as a single appraisal with multiple models?

A Certified SCAMPI LA (Lead Appraiser) for CMMI-DEV (CMMI for Development) ver 1.3 can not conduct a formal SCAMPI Appraisal for CMMI-SVC (CMMI for Services) ver 1.3, unless, he is certified for the CMMI-SVC also.
Appraisals for the CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC cannot be combined together. They have to be conducted separately. Each Appraisal will have its Unique Appraisal ID on the CMMI Institute website and will have to be conducted at separate times.
