In this way the CMMI Coordinator is able to maintain a collaborative working relationship between the CMMI Consultant and Client Key Stakeholders and this leads to the success of the CMMI Consulting Assignment. As we can see that the CMMI Coordinator plays a catalytic role in the success of CMMI Consulting Assignment and this brings accolades to the CMMI Consultants also. Hence, when CMMI Consultants recommend any person for the role of CMMI Coordinator, it is important to keep in mind the personality attributes of the person being recommended.
