As the organizations across the globe are evolving leading to more competition, more activity, more risk, and more failure. It is becoming necessary to have high capability and maturity to manage adverse market conditions, maintain a competitive advantage and rising above competitors.
3. Predictable performance is outcome of the High maturity which helps in enabling real-time capability and process improvement. It was emphasized that zero-defect could be delivered systems continuously by integrating different streams like CMMI and agile processes. On one side it reduces defects and other side it helps teams to focus on delivering valuable functionality and productivity. And CMMI High maturity helps in the quantitative measurement and continuous improvement.
